Thank you for commenting. And yes, I think that we need to start reframing a lot of these ideas. For me, it certainly changes the way I approach a lot of things if I ask myself, "does this lead to flourishing for me and others?" If the answer is no, then it's just not worth it.

This really resonates with me. I have gone crazy these past few years, wanting to read more, learn more, do more and I am hitting this point where I need to take a step back and reflect on all of it.

Yes! And I still want to know and read so many things, but I also know that I can't do everything. That is a hard realization to make, but also good because then I can focus on what I can be really good at.
