And it's hard! But I think if we were to start talking about it this way with people, we might be more persuasive. That might be something I try to do more with my students this year.

Reframing change to realizing it is loss, well that is powerful.
Right? And I'm hoping it helps me figure out how to talk to my loved ones as well, especially about change that I feel is really important.
